Dr. Pratibha Ranjan

Dr. Pratibha is Counselling Psychologist with more than 26 years of experience working. She has worked as an academic, with NGOs and hospitals. Her domains of expertise are parental, teachers, personal, career, marital, adolescents counseling, psychological testing and analysis, organizational behaviour and HR. Her doctorate thesis is titled A Study of Some Psycho Social Factors of Job Satisfaction among Working Women. She has been in the expert panels of Ph.D. viva and thesis examiner. Dr. Pratibha has conducted workshops and training programs in different states like Bihar, Gujarat, Maharashtra and Delhi. Her six research papers have been published in different reputed journals of Psychology. Apart from this, Dr. Pratibha is life time member of Indian Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP), Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA) and founder member of Indian School Psychology Association (InSPA).Dr. Pratibha is also founder of an NGO- PRATIBHA PERFORMANCE which is dedicatedly working in the field of child and women welfare.

MS. SANIYA MATIN

Ms. Saniya Matin is a highly qualified Clinical Psychologist who earned a Master's Degree from IGNOU in 2015 and graduated first in her class. She did her 240-hour internship at Lokmanya Seva Sangh's 'Child and Parents Guidance Center' in Vile Parle (East), Mumbai.

Ms. Saniya holds various certificates, including a Certificate in Guidance (2016), a Certificate in Nutrition and Child Care from IGNOU (2017), and an ICTP (INTENSIVE CLINICAL TRAINING IN PSYCHOTHERAPY) in 2018. She is currently pursuing an Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Mental Health through IGNOU.

Ms. Saniya specializes in therapy with children and adults, as well as psychometric assessments. Since 2019, she has been working as a counsellor and neurofeedback trainer for MIND CARE AND MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES PVT LTD, one of India's leading institutes of neurofeedback.

Despite her dedication to mental health, she worked as an Advisory Panel Member for CBFC in Mumbai from 2000 to 2005 and as a Studio Coordinator at ZICA Studio from 1998 to 2000. She has extensive expertise and experience with digital video editing.

Ms. Saniya has also attended a number of national and international conferences.
